Russia disses Obama's offer to trade missile defense for Iran help

According to Deutsche Welle's online service,
Russian President Medvedev has said he's willing to discuss the proposed US missile shield with Washington. But he added that any deal linking those talks with negotiations regarding Iran would not be productive.

Let me translate that from "diplomatic speak" to English.
Russia will be happy to let you give negotiate away the missile defense shield, but we are not going to do anything to damage our economic relationship with Iran.

President Obama should say, "Nyet Spaseeba."
